Matthew 14:28-29
28 And Peter answered him and said, Lord, if it be thou, bid me comeunto thee on the water.
29 And he said, Come. And when Peter was come down out of the ship, he walked on the water, to go to Jesus. KJV
God did not invite Peter to do anything that He will not invite you to do - He is no respecter of persons. It wasn’t just a "come out of the boat" it was a "COME BE WITH ME
- Come . . . KJV - accompany, appear, bring, come, enter, fall out, go, grow, light, next, pass, resort, be set.
Peter's dilemma was the same as ours - IF it be Thou . . .
Radical discontent
You cannot put a finger on it, all seems fine, you cannot find anything to blame but you just aren't satisfied
Stop blaming things that are not at fault - you just need more of Jesus
- We can second guess completely away a move of God, a call of God and a blessing of God.
you have to know when you have come to the end of you - when you end . . . Life in Christ begins. In Him we live, and move and have our being
