I. Father Forgive Them
a. Luke 23:33 And when they were come to the place, which is called Calvary, there they crucified him, and the malefactors, one on the right hand, and the other on the left. 34 Then said Jesus, Father, forgive them ; for they know not what they do. And they parted his raiment, and cast lots. KJV
II. He Felt Everything
a. Luke 22:41 And he was withdrawn from them about a stone's cast, and kneeled down, and prayed, 42 Saying, Father, if thou be willing, remove this cup from me: nevertheless not my will, but thine, be done. 43 And there appeared an angel unto him from heaven, strengthening him. 44 And being in an agony he prayed more earnestly: and his sweat was as it were great drops of blood falling down to the ground.KJV
III. No Call Ins
a. God wants people to show up to work
i. knowing they’re gonna bleed
ii. knowing they’re gonna be in pain
iii. knowing they’re gonna suffer burdens in persecution
iv. knowing that it is not gonna be easy
1. but that they’re gonna come anyway because they have a heart for God
2. the reason God knows they have a heart for him is
a. because their heart bleeds
b. it cries and it feels pain those to say I don’t feel that it doesn’t hurt me anymore.
IV. Healed Or Hard Hearted
a. Is your heart healed or is your heart become hard?
b. Is it that they have overcome all those things or is it because they have shut off their heart outside influence, including the influence of God
i. if you can’t feel the people touching you that you can see then you can’t feel the Lord touching you Who you cannot see
ii. If you cannot hear when they say something, how will you know how to help them?
iii. How are you gonna get their spirit right if you don’t show them The Holy Spirit in you?
iv. You’ve got to be able to allow the spirit of God to console you through the things of this life.
V. Scars & Broken Feelers
i. Jesus is sitting at the right hand of the father, but when we get there and he extends his hands towards us, it says well done my faithful and good servant we will still see the scars of the crucifixion cross in his hands
VI. Why Are You Mad?
a. Are you made because it happed or . . .
i. because it happened from them?
ii. around them?
iii. because they saw it happen and it ate at your pride?
b. We are just like Rome
i. We crucify some for what we allow others to get by with
ii. LET. IT. GO!!
c. LET. IT. GO!
i. They are your family and you need to pray for them!
YOU CAN HAVE BOUNDARIES WITHOUT BUILDING WALLS!
· They wanted to take Jesus and make Him king, He would not allow that, but He did commune with, eat with, walk and talk with them.
VII. Broken Feelers – Kaye and Les (you didn’t do that to me, its not your fault)
a. When you can’t feel something that means something is broken
b. when your feelers don’t work, that means you’re paralyzed
c. There are wounds so bad, scars so deep, pain so real that in those areas you have become paralyzed
i. When that happens you don’t need a pill or rehab or surgery, you need a move of God.
VIII. Altar Call
a. If you cannot feel it then you aint healed – you are broken
