Genesis begins the Story of Redemption of mankind

 

Genesis is a Book of Prophesy 

·      First Prophesy of The Gospel 

o   Genesis 3:15 And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel. KJV

 

Genesis was authored by Moses 

 

Genesis is not the Oldest Book of The Bible though it contains an older version of history

·      Job was written before Genesis was written, though Job likely happened during Genesis.
