I. Scriptures
a. 1 Timothy 5:22 Lay hands suddenly on no man , neither be partaker of other men’s sins: keep thyself pure. KJV

II. Angel of Light
a. Satan comes as an angel of light.
i. 2 Corinthians 11:13 For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ. 14 And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. KJV
b. Deception is his intent
c. Even the antichrist will be able to do signs and wonders
d. Genesis, the magicians of Pharoah turned a rod into a snake, water into blood and so on, don’t believe everything you can see, remember faith is not seen, believe God’s Holy Word.
e. There are ways that SEEM right but they are only ways of death
i. Proverbs 14:12 There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death . KJV
ii. Proverbs 16:25 There is a way that seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death . KJV
III. What Are They Trying To Accomplish?
a. 1 John 4:1 Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world. KJV
i. Know them by their fruits
ii. Are they trying to get you to see their side of The Word of God?
iii. Are they saying what The Holy Ghost would say?
1. What do flies usually buzz around?
2. What usually stinks?
IV. The Fruit of The Spirit
a. Galatians 5:22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, 23 Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law. KJV
b. Matthew 7:15 Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves. 16 Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles? 17 Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit. 18 A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit. 19 Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire. 20 Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them. 21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. 22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? 23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity. V. Are You Here To Make Friends?
a. This aint the playground, this is the battlefield, at the very least it is the target range and you need to be ready to know when to not fire, and when to fire to hit!
b. Are the worst sinners in the bars or the pews?
i. God draws them, but don’t forget that satan sends them too!
VI. A Strong Word
a. Ephesians 5:8 For ye were sometimes darkness, but now are ye light in the Lord: walk as children of light: 9(For the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness and righteousness and truth;) 10 Proving what is acceptable unto the Lord. 11 And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them. KJV
i. There is a difference between a lost sheep and a prodigal son!
ii. You hang w/ them because they do Jesus stuff, so did Judas
iii. They know the Word of God and quote it – so did Satan
iv. They come to Church – so do witches and warlocks

b. Jesus let them crucify Him but He would not let them make Him king!
i. Boundaries!
ii. No matter how much He loved them He would not allow them to distract Him from His assignment
1. Jesus loved and prayed for Peter – but knew what spirit Peter was operating in and rebuked it.
a. Mark 8:31 And he began to teach them, that the Son of man must suffer many things, and be rejected of the elders, and of the chief priests, and scribes, and be killed, and after three days rise again. 32 And he spake that saying openly. And Peter took him, and began to rebuke him. 33 But when he had turned about and looked on his disciples, he rebuked Peter, saying, Get thee behind me , Satan: for thou savourest not the things that be of God, but the things that be of men. KJV
i. Jesus had already dealth with that spirit so He knew who it was that Peter was being influenced by
1. Luke 4:7 If thou therefore wilt worship me, all shall be thine. 8 And Jesus answered and said unto him, Get thee behind me , Satan: for it is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve. KJV
VII. Altar Call
a. I may not always be able to choose who comes into my life but I can choose who gets to stay . . . and how they stay, what role in my life I allow them to be in
